1) 19 years old or above
2) 2 years of driving experience or more
3) Have an existing International Driver License (IDL) even if your domestic driver’s license is dated less than a year. If you have a different type of permit, please submit a photocopy of your driver’s license permit via the app’s Contact SOCAR for further verification.
